Cookie policy

Updated 23 October 2026

This policy explains how the Finex Group website uses cookies and similar technologies. It applies to the current version of the website at finex-group.cz.

1. Who runs the website

The website is run by Insurance Exclusive s.r.o. (Finex Group), IČO 29153328. You can send privacy questions to info27@finex-group.cz. How we process personal data is described in the document Zpracování osobních údajů (in Czech).

2. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. On your next visit, the browser can send it back to our server. Cookies help, for example, to remember your settings. The same rules apply to similar storage in the browser if the website uses it for the same purpose.

3. Scripts and form protection

A script is a piece of program code that makes the website work properly and respond to what you do. It can run on our server or on your device.

When you start filling in a request form, we load the Cloudflare Turnstile script. It checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending the request. To do this, Turnstile assesses technical data about your browser and device, and it does not use cookies. It is necessary protection of the forms against spam, so it loads without consent. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc.

Every visit to the website also passes through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., which delivers the website and protects it from automated attacks. Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical data about the request. If traffic looks suspicious, Cloudflare may set the cookies listed in section 4 or ask you to briefly confirm that you are a person.

The Chat button in the lower right corner loads the Chatra live chat from Roger Wilco LLC (USA) only after you click it. Until then the chat loads nothing and stores nothing in your browser. Once you click, Chatra stores an identifier and the state of the conversation in your browser so it can recognise you next time: in the browser's local storage with no expiry, or in a cookie for up to 1 year. The names of these entries change from session to session. Chatra processes your messages and the addresses of the pages you viewed on servers in the USA and the EU. This is needed for the chat you opened yourself, so we do not ask for separate consent. You can remove this data by clearing the site data in your browser.

4. Cookies the website uses

We use these necessary cookies to run and protect the website.

NamePurposeDurationCategory
finex_cookie_consentStores the settings version, the time of the change and your choice for each category.180 daysNecessary

cf_clearanceCloudflare: remembers that you passed the check, so it is not repeated.30 minutesNecessary

The cookies are set for this website's domain. Necessary cookies work without consent because they store your choice, make sending requests secure and protect the website from automated abuse. If you delete the cookie with your choice, or we change the settings version, the panel appears again.

5. Optional categories

Analytics cookies help us measure visits and improve the website. Marketing cookies measure the results of advertising and help show relevant ads. Both categories are optional, and we do not turn them on without your consent.

Optional tools load through Google Tag Manager from Google Ireland Limited. It loads only after you allow analytics or marketing cookies, and it turns on only the tools of the categories you allowed. If you later withdraw consent, the page reloads to stop tools that are already running, and we delete the Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel cookies our website stored.

We do not pass your name, email, phone number or the text of your request to these tools.

  • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited): visit statistics, analytics category.
  • Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited): conversion measurement and remarketing, marketing category.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited): measuring the results of Facebook and Instagram ads and remarketing, marketing category.

Google and Meta may also set their own cookies on their domains, such as doubleclick.net or facebook.com, under their own rules.

Google and Meta may also process data about your use of the website on servers outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the USA. If we change the optional services, we will update this policy and ask for your consent again. Refusing the optional categories does not limit your use of the website.

6. Consent

On your first visit, we show a panel that explains cookies. You can accept or reject the optional categories, or set them one by one. Consent is not a condition for using the website. We store your choice in the necessary cookie listed above.

7. How to change your choice or delete cookies

You can open the settings panel at any time with the button below or the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. There you can change or withdraw your choice.

Most browsers let you view cookies, delete them manually or automatically, and block some or all cookies. If you delete the cookie with your choice, the website will ask you again on your next visit. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent you from sending a request.

8. Links to other services

Links to Google Maps, Google reviews, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram and partner websites lead to other websites and apps. Once you open them, their owners may use their own cookies under their own rules.

9. Your rights

If your personal data is processed when cookies are used, you may, depending on the circumstances, ask for access to the data, its correction, deletion or restricted processing, object to the processing and withdraw your consent. You can also complain to the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, the Czech data protection authority.

10. Contact and changes to this policy

If you have questions about the use of cookies, write to info27@finex-group.cz. We will update this policy if the technologies we use, or the way we use them, change. The current version is always available on this page.
